Gideon was ready for battle now. He had heard the message God wanted him to hear in the Midianite soldier’s dream. God would help him win the battle. There was no doubt in his mind. He was so overwhelmed with God’s promise of a coming victory, that he bowed his face to the ground to thank Him.
