Joshua was an excellent leader and was obedient to do all that God had asked of him. When all the land had been conquered, and every tribe had received their portion of territory in Canaan, Joshua sent everyone home. “Be faithful to God,” he warned. “Make a choice about who you want to serve, but me and my family will serve the Lord.”
