It was a very sad day! Jesus had just died on the cross! How could this happen? The Son of God dead! How was that possible? Jesus had tried very hard to explain that this terrible, but necessary, event was going to happen. However, even His own disciples had refused to listen. The Holy Scriptures had foretold that this would happen. Somehow when the disciples and others read that part of Scripture, they were blinded to its meaning
