Most were not educated and few had money, but they became powerful missionaries for their Savior. The power of the Holy Spirit went with them at every step, and soon the gospel of Jesus was the most popular news in Palestine. The message brought hope and courage to the hearts of people everywhere who had heard the story of salvation. Thousands were converted in a day.
