It was springtime again. Bees buzzed from flower to flower on the hillsides. A soft wind was blowing. Seagulls sailed along the shore of Galilee, looking for scraps of fish the local fishermen may have left behind. The sun was already high in the sky, bringing the warmth of spring to the air. Jesus sat with His disciples on a deserted beach of Galilee. The boat they had come in sat bobbing on the quiet waters not far from the land as the waves softly lapped at the shore. The winter months had been long, and He had been so busy with His disciples that He knew they needed a rest.
