Paul and Barnabas had been serving together for quite a while now, and they had just finished a missionary journey together. They had been sharing the gospel everywhere as they preached the stories of God’s power among the Gentiles. After the big meeting in Jerusalem, Paul said to Barnabas, “Let’s go back and visit our brothers in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing.”
