Chapter 15 – Ditches of Blood

Jehoshaphat was one of the best kings Judah had ever had. He was a godly man who trusted God to help him be a good king. He followed the advice of the prophets, and by doing this, he listened to the voice of God. One year Jehoram, the king of Israel, went and asked Jehoshaphat, the king of Judah, if he would help him fight against the king of Moab. “I will go with you,” King Jehoshaphat said to King Jehoram. “I am as you are, my people as your people, my horses as your horses.”
