Chapter 11 – The French Reformation

The Reformation in Germany struggled to move forward against the Church of Rome, but things were not going well for the reformers. Switzerland suffered too, and religious persecution led to civil war there. Zwingli and many other reformers died when government forces attacked them in Zurich.
